Remembering an old wolf

Posted by with 8 comments
Happy Barkday Libby!

Even though you are no longer with us-- mom has so many special memories of her first doggie or she called her a wolf for some reason. Guess it might have to do with those big ears, big teeth...and unbelievable bone snatching skills (word has it)!

Libby was a 13 year old black lab/chow chow mix. She passed away a couple years ago from mammary gland cancer, probably due to being spayed later in life :(

We miss you! This bone's for you or meatballa (her fav)!

Ciao bella Tula!

I, too, have a sorella from the past, and I hope she (the sainted Jinks ... I'm a little jelly ...) and Libby are playing together in a big field where there are lots of great smells, plentiful tennis balls (and meatballs!) and yummy chew bones behind every tree. Buon compleanno, Libby girl! We love your sweet cookie-face sissie, and we wish we'd had the chance to know you, too!

Tanti baci!
Lucia
